“With small environments like that of the Church here in Chatham, you may not need the directivity and output that you see with our larger products,” said Welch. “The Go2-8CX loudspeaker is very accurate and with a lot of attention to detail, so it’s perfect to meet the needs of smaller churches and venues.”
“The Danley Go2 was the perfect solution for this congregation,” said Kevin Shanley, owner of East West Associates. “It has nice pattern control to fill the lower area and balcony so no matter where the congregation sits, they can hear clearly.”
Synergy Horn (SH) patented technology is utilized in a number of Danley products including the Go2-8CX loudspeaker. This technology, and its related crossover, allows for a flat phase response giving the listener a very accurate reproduction of the original sounds produced. It also allows for high gain before feedback which is important in a small space when the loudspeakers may be close to the microphone or person speaking or performing.
“We needed a simple push and play type of solution,” said Shanley. “That was done here. The congregation and leadership here have both said that they had no idea things could sound so clear in the sanctuary.”
“In the house of worship market, Danley is focused on providing solutions for any house of worship, said Welch. “We provide audio solutions from smaller churches like First Congregational Church of Chatham as well as much larger or contemporary churches. All of these churches and their congregations should be able to hear and experience the Word which is something Danley has been proud to be part of since its founding.”
