AXS12
The AXS12 is a compact, high‑output subwoofer system engineered around a 12-inch long‑excursion low‑frequency transducer housed in a front‑loaded, bass‑reflex enclosure. The dual‑vent system is optimized to minimize turbulence and port compression under high‑SPL conditions, with a tuning frequency of 35 Hz to deliver extended low‑frequency performance and stable operation at elevated power levels.
The cabinet’s small form factor enables installation in constrained acoustic environments. This makes the AXS12 particularly suitable for distributed bass systems in bars, restaurants, hospitality venues, and compact
entertainment spaces where traditional large‑format subwoofers are impractical. Despite its compact footprint, the system provides high output and reliable performance for demanding program material.
The enclosure is constructed from 13‑ply, 18 mm birch plywood, selected for its structural rigidity and acoustic damping properties. A durable black anti‑scratch coating protects the cabinet in high‑traffic or installed environments. The front of the system is protected by a 2 mm perforated steel grille, providing robust mechanical protection against external impact without compromising acoustic transparency.
